Final Meeting in Bilbao

The final transnational project meeting of the AI@Mediators consortium was held in Bilbao on 20–21 May 2026. Partners met to review progress and plan the final steps before project completion. The agenda covered all work packages, with discussions focusing on final testing and refinement of the Safebeat chatbot and ClickSafe gaming app, translation of project resources, the MOOC and website, dissemination activities, quality assurance, environmental sustainability, and preparations for the final report. The meeting concluded with a clear roadmap for the remaining tasks and reinforced partners’ shared dedication to delivering high-quality results and ensuring the project’s lasting impact.
